Oh My Shave delivers to Belgium, France, and other countries of the European Union.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary between 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination. These times are estimates and may be extended in exceptional circumstances (sales periods, public holidays, etc.).

3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. They are displayed during the order process before validation.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email, allowing the customer to track their package in real time.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and the package can be collected from a relay point or rescheduled for a new delivery.

6. Delays or Loss of Packages

If the package is lost or delayed, the customer should contact our customer service. We are committed to opening an investigation with the carrier and finding a quick solution.

7. Incorrect Address
